Endless opportunities are here in Yalca. This almost 100 year old hall has so much history and could be your next project. Plenty of room to expand and turn this humble hall into something brilliant. Fantastic location right on the MV HWY and only 10 min to the Murray River. Yalca North Hall has all major traffic going past the front door. You may be looking at fixing the hall up, turning it into a B&B or starting all over again to build. The hall was built in 1925 with all original timber throughout. The hall is located next to the local CFA Brigade, tennis courts and football oval.
