270 acres (109.31Ha) of slightly undulating, very fertile SFSL soils of which has previously been used for tomato growing; so has excellent fertilizer history and is currently under crop. Majority of the farm can be irrigated. An old 3BR weatherboard home has not been lived in for some time. The farm has a wide range of farming options, an excellent buy.
